        The deposit is mandatory by credit card imprint or in cash. (The amount will be set according to the category of the rented or desired car.) It will be returned to the renter upon contract expiry and after fulfillment of all obligations. The deposit is only valid for the rental period and cannot be used for a unilateral extension without the prior agreement of Tourvilles.<\/strong><\/p>

        • A deposit of a minimum amount of 600 Euros<\/strong>\u00a0and a maximum of 1500 Euros<\/strong>\u00a0will be required, depending on the vehicle category.<\/li>
        • The deposit may be paid in cash<\/strong> or by credit card imprint<\/strong> .<\/li><\/ul>

            Insurance and additional protection :<\/h2>

            In accordance with current regulations, the rental of a vehicle Tourvilles<\/strong> automatically entitles the renter and the drivers named on the rental contract to civil liability insurance
            (Civil Liability Car Rental), covering bodily injury and property damage it may cause to third parties, on or off the road.<\/p>

            Material damage caused to the rented vehicle is also insured, subject to a deductible. The lessee may take out additional protection to deduct the amount of this deductible, in return for additional insurance cover per day, which varies according to the category of vehicle rented.<\/p>

            The lessee may improve his or her cover by taking out an<\/strong> additional insurance,<\/strong> persons transported (PAI), also known as \"cover for bodily injury to driver and passengers\".<\/p>

            Obligations in the event of accident, theft or fire<\/strong> the lessee undertakes to take all necessary measures to protect the interests of the lessor.<\/p>

            - to immediately inform the lessor of any accident and to provide him with a legible copy of the accident report specifying the circumstances of the accident, signed by both parties.<\/p>

            - to declare theft or fire to the local authorities, to inform the lessor and provide him with the receipt for the declaration issued by the authorities, and to return all the vehicle's documents and the set of keys.<\/p>

            In the event of a breakdown <\/strong>TOURVILLES does not undertake to provide the hirer with a vehicle of a specific model.
